Marilyn Stewart

I knew years ago that I was called to write, but finished a “career” as a high school science teacher before my writing career took off. As Assistant Director of News and Information for the Communications Office, NOBTS, I cover the news, but the six writing awards I have won have been in feature writing, including a column I once wrote as a contributing writer for New Orleans’ newspaper, The Times-Picayune. Writing is a joy, but God’s greatest blessings to me are my husband, Bob, our three children, and my grandbaby.

Three words that describe Marilyn?
